Toby is a licensed real estate broker with a BBA degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. After graduating with a specialization in Real Estate, he has taken on many community involvement positions throughout Plano, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Plano Rotary Club, working with the Leadership Plano group and the Leadership Plano Alumni Association, and serving with the Plano Education Foundation.
Toby is the owner of Haggard Property Group and Double H Realty services and is a strong leader for the team. He has overseen the development of two residential subdivisions in Prosper. He brings his knowledge and expertise to every client he works with. When he is not brokering successful deals or helping clients reach their goals, he enjoys seeing the rodeo, traveling, and spending time with his family.
BILL RUDD
Vice President
Bill joined Haggard Property Group in 2007 and brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Vice President. Bill specializes in office, medical office, industrial, and retail real estate with a focus on property leasing and sales, development and real estate investments. Bill brings a wealth of commercial real estate and transaction experience while serving clients throughout Texas.
Bill received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.

JASON WILDER
Constuction/Maintenance Manager
Jason utilizes his knowledge of construction and property suites as he assists property owners and tenants in the preparation of their buildings and suites. He joined Haggard Property Group – Double H Realty in 2001. He continues to expand his knowledge of new types of construction and pursues continuing his formal education in the industry through Boma with his System Maintenance Administrator award, focusing on Management Education. Staying ahead of new and upcoming types of construction and materials is crucial to provide our tenant with the most up to the minute and future styles of offices and furnishings.
Jason loves serving others, which he does through his local church and ministry opportunities. He is involved with teaching the young folks of his church, and is very involved with his expanded family. He is a family man who enjoys spending time with outdoor activities and hunting.
CHARLA FLETCHER
Controller/Office Manager/Human Resources
Charla applies her vast knowledge of the business world to the property management field where she has been with Double H Realty since 1997. She has applied her expertise in business and management principles to streamline Double H and Haggard Property Group’s operations, handling day-to-day operations from management to accounting to office coordination, computers and human resources. Her 40+ years of experience in a variety of industries, including computer software development, the construction industry, with commercial and residential real estate, office products, health care, travel agency and the recycling industry, have laid a strong foundation for her organizational and management skills.

Charla is a member of the National Notary Association and the American Society of Notaries. Charla is well known and respected for her community service contributions, and has received the Paul Harris Award from the Plano Rotary. Charla's always ready to volunteer and get the job done. Charla currently serves on the Board of Directors for Blue Star Mothers of America, which helps support all veterans and the deployed military personnel, as well as supporting the military families. Charla is a devoted mom and grandmother and loves spending time with them.
RADHA DRIVER
Property Manager
Radha brings many years of property management and customer service experience to Double H Realty - Haggard Property Group. She graduated from Texas A & M - Commerce with a degree in business management. She serves as the property manager for the commercial properties portfolio as well as overseeing the residential properties portfolio.
When Radha is not working, she enjoys checking out the newest restaurants in the area or catching a game, since she is a big sports fan. She is a dog lover and takes her along for the adventures.
She also runs a small business that has been featured in a few magazines.
